Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2026 · Compliant with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016
1. Overview & Legal Framework
Maynd Stomir LLC ("Maynd Stomir", "we", "us", or "our") operates an enterprise-grade facility maintenance and technician dispatch platform across the State of Qatar. We are dedicated to protecting your privacy in full compliance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning the Protection of the Privacy of Personal Data.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, verify, store, and safeguard personal information provided by clients booking maintenance services and freelance technicians registering for platform dispatches.
2. Information We Collect from Clients
When you book a maintenance service on Maynd Stomir, we collect only the information necessary to dispatch a qualified technician to your exact location:
- Contact Details: Your full name, mobile phone number, and email address for dispatch coordination and real-time status updates.
- Qatar Blue Plate Address: Your Zone number, Street number, and Building number from your official Qatar Blue Plate, along with device geolocation coordinates, used exclusively for precision GIS routing of your matched technician.
- Diagnostic Information: Descriptions of the maintenance problem and diagnostic photos you upload to ensure your specialist arrives with suitable tools and spare parts.
- Payment Records: Digital invoice transaction IDs and proof of payment. We do not store raw payment card numbers; all credit and debit card processing is managed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
3. Information We Collect from Technicians
To guarantee safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across residential and commercial buildings in Qatar, technician applicants must provide:
- Identity Credentials: Full legal name, active Qatar mobile number, email address, and 11-digit Qatar ID (QID) number.
- Verification Documents: Clear photographic scans of your Qatar ID card (front and back) to verify legal residency and work eligibility.
- Trade Licensing (Kahramaa): High-resolution photos of official Kahramaa certification cards, which are strictly mandatory for technicians performing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repairs.
- Operational Telemetry: Real-time GPS location coordinates captured during active dispatches to calculate accurate client arrival times (ETAs).
4. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data solely for legitimate operational purposes:
- To match client repair tickets with verified technicians located in the same geographic zone.
- To authenticate professional licensing with Qatar utility and safety regulations.
- To send real-time job updates, arrival notices, and diagnostic quotes via SMS and WhatsApp.
- To generate itemized digital receipts, invoices, and accounting records.
5. 100% Cashless Model & Escrow Protection
Maynd Stomir operates a strict cashless platform. Technicians are never authorized to collect cash or negotiate prices directly with customers on-site. All call-out fees (QAR 50 baseline), parts sourcing, and approved repair labor fees are settled digitally through Maynd Stomir's secure invoice checkout.
6. Document Storage & Data Security
All sensitive identity documents (QID cards and Kahramaa licenses) and diagnostic photos are uploaded directly into encrypted, isolated cloud storage buckets. Access is restricted to authorized administrative dispatch officers via role-based access controls (RBAC).
Zero Commercial Sale of Data: Maynd Stomir never sells, rents, or monetizes personal data to advertisers or third-party marketers.
7. Data Retention & Your Rights
Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request the deletion of your account and documents once all pending jobs and accounting balances are settled.
